Peacefully went home to be with the Lord, early Wednesday evening, September 26, 2018 at the Kingston General Hospital. Grace was born November 12, 1931 in Roblin and lived in Tamworth until 2000 when she and her husband Brydon moved to Kingston. She is survived by her children: James (Neyda) of Nasonworth N.B., Sharon of Kingston, Larry (Velvet) of Foxboro, Lois (Ian) of New Maryland N.B., Christina (Dean) of Lakefield, and William (Sara) of Kingston; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Brydon, daughter Margaret, her grandson Jordon, and her parents James and Sadie Hart, and three brothers and two sisters. Special thanks to the Nurses, the PCAs and staff on Davies 5 at the Kingston General Hospital and Dr. McFadzean of Tamworth. And a special thanks to our sister, Sharon, for taking care of all of mum's needs. We are forever grateful. Cremation has taken place as per Grace's wishes. Everyone is welcome to a Celebration of Life to be held at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Tamworth, on Saturday, December 8 at 11:00 a.m. with Interment at Tamworth Cemetery, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations of remembrances to the Memorial Care Foundation of Tamworth (Cunningham Memorial Park) or the Tamworth Cemetery would be appreciated. Mum you will be missed, but you left us with nothing, but fond memories. And we take comfort knowing that you are now home with dad.
