Suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 68, Brian Frederick Kaidannek’s life came to an end on January 18, 2022 in Brantford Ontario. Predeceased by his parents Frederick and Evelyn Kaidannek. Dear father of Gregory Kaidannek (Leanne) and grandpa to Ashley, Jacob and Andrew. Brother of Trevor Kaidannek (Sherry) and Beverly MacDonald (Ken) and uncle to many nieces and nephews. For decades, Brian was an electronics hardware designer with Bell Northern Research and eventually grew into management roles with Nortel Networks before retiring. He loved his job and worked with one company his entire career. Technology was one of his greatest passions and past times. A long-time member of the Church of God, Brian was baptized in WCG in 1977. To him, Church was not just a place of worship but a way of life that he lived faithfully to the end. He was ordained into the ministry in 2012 and served his congregations faithfully for many years. The next thing he will see is what he prayed for daily – the arrival of God’s Kingdom. All who were blessed to know him grew to love him dearly. He had many friends and could make friends in any environment – Church, Work, Play, The Neighbourhood, local Dog Park. He will be remembered for his jovial nature, quick wit, sound advice, sharp mind, strength of character and love. Brian was the world’s greatest dad, grandpa and friend. He will be sorely missed.
