Debbie Clair

After a tremendous 7 year fight, we are sad to announce the passing of our mom, Debbie Clair, at Kingston General Hospital on Monday, March 27, 2023. This incredibly strong woman spent the last 7 years battling many health issues showing amazing strength. Dearly loved mother to Ted (Nicky) and Kate (Dennis). Beloved wife of the late Casey Clair. Sorely missed by her mother Audrey Love (the late Wallace Love) by her brother Allen Love (Cheri) and her sister Cheryl Snider (Doug). Debbie will also be missed by her many brothers in law Brian (Rita); Sean (Mary); Mike (Pam), Gerald (Robert); Patrick (Michelle) and by her sister in law Mary (Lorne). Debbie leaves behind four grandchildren Asia, Sam, Vincent and Casey. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews, also by her close friends Sharon Hunter, Roy and Nancy Voak and Lisa LeClair. The family would like to give thanks and appreciation to all the staff at Kingston General Hospital for all the amazing care they provided over the past 7 years. Also a huge thank you to the incredible staff at Extendicare Kingston where she spent the last year living. It was a tremendous comfort knowing she was in such compassionate and caring hands. At her request, cremation has taken place and per her wishes, no ceremonies will be held. The family would appreciate any memorial donations be made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (for KGH) or Extendicare Kingston activities department.
