It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Francis Michael Kelly, in his 90th year, on December 15, 2019 at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital in Napanee. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Kelly (Lynch) and much loved father of Di Bartlett (Hank) and Brian Kelly (Trina); Barry Kelly (Barb) and Ben Kelly (Karen). Cherished grandpa to Brandi Merchant (Carlos) Bridie Bartlett; Chad Kelly, Shaun Kelly (Kristie); Brent Kelly (Amelia) and the late Brandon Kelly; Kristen Richmond (Matthew) Joel Kelly (Tara); Jordan Bouchard-Bourdeau (Julien) Shannon Skelly (Cody) and Nicole Celestini (Chase) and Josh Tuepah. Special great-grandpa to King, Maxi, Lane, Mack, Jack, Henry, Grace, Emma, Bailey, Connor, Kinley and Colton. Also survived by his brothers Eugene and Joe Kelly and pre-deceased by his sister the late Carmel Joyce and by his brother the late Hubert Kelly. Frank will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Napanee at 123 Dundas Street West (613-354-3341) on Sunday, December 22 from 1-4 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, 179 West Street, Napanee on Monday, December 23 at 11:00 a.m. with reception in St. Patrick's Parish Centre. Interment follows at St. Anthony's Cemetery in Centreville. Memorial donations (by cheque or credit card) to the Cancer Society, the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation or (by cheque) to the St. Anthony's of Padua Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
