Peacefully in her home on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in her 88th year, next to her loving husband Jack for 70 years. Beloved daughter of the late Archie and Loretta Wales. She is remembered by her loving children Linda (Bob) Howe, Michael (Paula) and Bill (Nancy). Predeceased by John, Jane (Emerson), Larry and James. Remembered by brother Jack and sister Irene (Storey). Predeceased by Doug, Vernon, Robert, Floyd, Leo, Jean (Young) and Joy (Asselstine). Lovingly remembered by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She cherished family gatherings and enjoyed sharing meals with her family. These precious moments of togetherness created cherished memories, strength and love between loved ones. Her family will continue to find comfort and joy in those fond memories as they honor her legacy of love and family values. The family will receive friends at the Hannah Funeral Home, 123 Dundas St. W., Napanee on Thursday, August 3 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 179 West St., Napanee on Friday, August 4 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
