Martyn William Beasant, a kind, generous and loving human has completed the circle of life we all must follow. Some have led the way….His mother Kathy, Aunt Lily in England and brother-in-law Mark, especially missed. The rest of his family, partner Maureen, his son Brydon ( Jess ), father Brian, brother David ( Betty Ann ), sister Janet her sons Doug and Devon and partner Reggie, Maureen’s sister Mary Deane ( Jack ), nephew Sean, niece Sarah (Chris ) and their daughter Maddie and brother Ian ( Wendy ) had the joy of spending time with Marty in the last two months of his life in the home he loved where he continued to find projects to keep him in the moment. A resourceful and problem solving handyman whose work is appreciated and well used by many friends in his Tamworth area community and in his family’s homes. Marty was supported through his illness and palliative care at home by many wonderful nurses and doctors…. notably doctor and friend Sandra Cowan and the nurses who came into our home providing comfort and good cheer. His life was not a straight line as his father might relate. Marty lived life on his own terms. He spent his life making his own decisions and standing by them. Always following his dreams. His wife Maureen said at his death his face had a little smile. His passing was peaceful. Cremation has taken place, no formal services to be held. In the care of Hannah Funeral Home, in Napanee.
