Nathan Alexander Gosse
March 10, 1999- April 20, 2021
Our hearts are filled with sorrow. Nathan, you should be here with us. We are overwhelmed with the loss of you. You would never want to see the overwhelming sorrow that your family and friends are experiencing...and yet it is an ever present hurt, and one we cannot fix or make go away. Our hearts are broken. We want you back. We need you. You had the greatest, most crazy ideas that always seemed impossible...yet you pulled them off and surprised us every time. Your soft heart was precious. The way you would cry while watching sentimental movies, smoothly asking us for a shoulder rub with the promise of "giving one next". You lit up every room that you walked in. You had presence. You were the best babysitter for Danielle and Ezekiel. You loved everything mom ever cooked for you and always made her feel like she was the 'best mom ever'. We want to wind back time. We want to reverse all of this. There was so much that you needed to experience. A beautiful loving wife. Children. A life of love and happiness, everything you expressed desire in, it should have been yours. This is not fair. We love you and our hearts are broken. We want to run away from ourselves and this deep hurt but we know you would not want that. We will look for the glimmers of hope- but today, as we write this, we cannot see it. You will never, ever be forgotten. You will be missed and thought of every day until we join you beside Jesus. That distance seems far too long from us now. Enjoy every moment free from any pain, physical and emotional. Free from any addictions. Free from any guilt. You are completely forgiven, LOVED and ACCEPTED. What we wouldn't do to have you back. Your family is here together, loving one another immensely. You would be proud. We are taking care of each other. Everything you ever gave to us as a gift is being sought out and treasured. We all want to wrap ourselves in your clothes. Smell you and be near you. Nathan we can't wait to see you again. We need to see you again!!! We are going to give you the biggest hugs you have ever experienced. Lift your feet right off the ground and swing you around and around...kiss your face all over and embarrass you. But we don't care and we don't think you really would either. That's how it's going to be.
We love you forever,
Your Family Mom, Dad, Brenden, Ashelyn, Savanah, Danielle & Ezekiel
